Neil has over 25 years of experience in compensation and human resources. He has worked with
a wide variety of companies in the manufacturing, consumer product, service, chemical and
pharmaceutical industries. Prior to starting his own consulting business in 1996, Neil was a VP
with Hay Management Consultants. Neil has a BS in mechanical engineering and an MS in
industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
